  The Starter Kit comes with a 16 oz refillable, reusable aluminum bottle of each cleaner. The Dish Soap comes pre-filled, while the Multi-Surface Cleaner and Bathroom Cleaner come empty with refill pouches. No more throwing out plastic bottles.
